Oops, I did it again!!

Well I am pregnant and while it is very exciting news it is also very scary!!! I know what everyone is thinking, "is this the right time?" well if it wasn't it wouldn't have been God's plan for Me. I know that it will be hard it is wonderful!!! We are living with my parents and don't have our own place but it isn't like we are having a baby next week, it's going to be another 9 months or so. If we are still at my parents we still have another room for the baby when it comes and it will be fine. Living here will give us the ability to save lots of money before our little baby gets here. I am sure everyone is concerned but please keep them to yourself because we are thrilled and that's how I want to stay!!!! I am having another baby and it's going to be wonderful!!!!
I am going to be going to Clark and Daughtry because it is so close to the house and it will be much easier and my first appointment Monday at 2 with Dr.Granger. I will update later with all the info, from my calculations I believe we are looking at the baby being due the end of Jan. or first of Feb. I will have a due date for you Monday afternoon.
Please pray for Michael and I, Gabe and the new little miracle!!! Love you all!!!

Lil' Slugger

Gabe has many small bats that he has gotten from various people and also one that Papa Bates made him. He loves carrying them around with him now all day long now!! Before he couldn't hold them the correct way but he has now gotten it and it is hilarious.

We went to a Lakeland Flying Tigers game Wed. night and Gabe had to take his bat with him and was swinging it all night like he was in the game.
He had so much fun and even was clapping at all the right times!!

He is such a silly kid he made us laugh all night long!!

They have a Tiger mascot and he sat down in front of Gabe for a minute and Gabe didn't take his eyes off of him. Gabe finally got off Pop Pop's lap and and touched the Tigers shoulder but as soon as the Tiger turned around Gabe wanted Pop Pop to pick him up quick!! It was so cute, I wish I could have gotten it on video but it happened too fast.

I had to put this picture on of me and my buddy before the game, it was too cute!!!

11 months old!!

The monthly pics are getting harder and harder to take. He decided this month that he would rather sit in his rocking chair, instead of my glider!! Papa Bates bought this at Webster for him and he loves playing in it, he was actually standing on the arm of it the other day trying to pull his Humpty out of the crib.

It is crazy to me to be planning his 1st birthday party, it just doesn't seem like it has almost been a year since we brought him home with us!! It is so fun to watch him learn new things all the time.
He now has 6 teeth and likes to use them. He occasionally will bite but it is when he gets really excited and I am sure he really isn't too aware of what he's doing (I hope not at least)!!
His walking has improved so much and he walks EVERYWHERE!! He can squat down and pick up a toy, stand up from sitting on the floor, turns around and can even step up the step into Gigi's kitchen when he holds onto the facing.

He still loves to tease and does it all the time. Clapping is also a favorite and he actually does it at the appropriate time usually and even usually says "Yea!"
He is just so sweet and fun, this age is really great!!
He is now drinking plain milk and big boy food. He also will only use sippy cups with straws.
Well be watching for a birthday invitation in the next couple weeks!!!

Up, up and away

This happened a two and a half weeks ago but I just got around to blogging again. We have moved out of our home and into my parents for awhile. We want to save up our money for a year or more and find us somewhere larger and just perfect to raise our family, we need more room for more children. We have nearly completed Gabe's new room at Gigi and Pop Pop's and we will post those pics this weekend.

So back to the story he did this 2-3 weeks ago. I had 2 boxes full of dvds in the family room by the love seat and while I was out of the room Gabe decided to figure out how to get onto the love seat.

I never fell backwards onto his back or anything he climbed right up like he had known how to do it all along.
He is just such a smart boy and learning new things everyday. This is something he loves to do, playing in the dishwasher. He usually just pulls the drawer in and out but this evening at Gigi's he decided he wanted the drawer out and for him to be in.

Baseball Tonight!!

Well we all know how much Michael loves baseball so of course we go to the minor league games at Tiger Town!! The tickets are cheap and it is lots of fun!!! Gabe actually got a foul ball and Pop Pop took him after the game to get the pitcher to sign it!! Daddy put it in a case for him and he has it displayed on his new shelves that Papa built him!!

It did start to sprinkle a little so I took Gabe under the tunnels to keep from getting wet. He wanted to get down and walk around so I got some great videos of him walking!!! Yes, walking!!! I can't believe my 10 month old is walking but he is. I try to let him get down in stores and stuff but he doesn't ever want to go the way I want him to so he doesn't get to do it very much.
It is so hard to believe he is already walking, by his birthday he is going to be running I guess!!
He really is such a sweet baby boy though, we have is much fun together!! He is really at a great age and just talking up a storm, it is so hilarious!!

He is a true boy, loud and dirty all the time!!!

Chuck E. Cheese

On Monday Grammie and Papa had Charles over spending the night so we all met at Chuck E. Cheese's to let the kids play. Michael was there since he is off on Mondays and then Alex and Emma also came up.
The kids had a good time playing together!!

Gabe had so much fun in this monster truck he would have stayed in it all day if we would have let him. It moved a lot and none of the other kids would sit in it, they all got scared. Gabe didn't care he just stood up and turned the wheel, he was trying to honk the horn but it was hard to stay standing with only one hand on the wheel!!

He liked going down the slide a lot, well as long as he could go head first!!! Then he started trying to crawl down but it didn't work so great!!

I never thought about taking Gabe there but it is really cheap and he had so much fun!!
